CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software is used by architects, engineers, drafters, graphic designers, and others to create precision drawings or technical illustrations. CAD software can be used to create two-dimensional (2-D) drawings or three-dimensional (3-D) models.

The Objective of the Website

The objective of this online learning website intent is to teach the basic fundamental concepts of Computer-Aided Design/Drafting, commonly known as CAD/CADD. This is a good use as a guide to teach someone with no CAD/CADD experience, the basic concepts of CADD. It is best when it is used before an actual application has been purchased. There will be no distinction made between vector or raster based application software.
